There are still past due assessment/fees. Any account with arrears reaching $150 including any fines (such as alleyway parking) and work charges (such as lawn cutting) will have the amounts turned over to the Association?’s attorneys for collection. Eventually liens will be filed against the house. Everyone should be aware that such action has a long-term detrimental affect on your credit rating.
