Association Committees

Architectural Committee

This Committee is made up of Homeowners in good standing with the Association.
The purpose of the committee is to review proposals from Homeowners for a change in the Architectural Design of the Home.
The Architectural Committe is in need of members willing to volunteer there time to help with this committee.
The Architectural Committee meets on the second Monday each month to discuss current issues and find ways to improve communication with teh Homeowner as well as ways to improve the committee.

Yard of The Quarter Committee

The purpose of the committee is to help select a Yard from the community every quarter, whos yard has been manicured, maintained, and has a look that we would like to see throught the community.
As well the committee will award the Homeowner with the Yard of The Quarter Sign to display in the front yard.

Nomination Committee

The purpose of this committee is to gather nominations for Association elections, as well as to help with the periodic votes within the association.
Members may join this committee by contacting current Board Members.
