Do I need approval from the Architectual Control Committee?

If you are doing any of the following...YES!!!

-Private Road and Driveway changes
-Construction or erection of any building fence, wall or other structure (like solar collection device, satellite)
-Remodeling, repainting, reconstruction, or alteration of any structure, driveway, yard, or road.

Don't worry it's not a difficult process, we just need to ensure work done will meet our covenants, conditions, and restrictions.
