Discussion was held regarding mandatory membership of the association. Bob would check with Chuck Brown on the details related to this issue.
A new mailing would be sent out to all members regarding dues and see if more of our homeowners would join. Bob will write the letter.
Discussion was held about cleaning up the vacant lot on Sunset Dr. owned by Dr. Martin. Dumping has been a problem in the past, but Ron Brown has posted a sign NO DUMPING to help with the problem.
Ron Brown has purchased and replaced the landscape lighting at the entry. THANK YOU RON! It looks beautiful. Leanne Ford continues to maintain the front entry and has done a wonderful job. If any of you see her around be sure and thank her for many hours of hard work.
Ron Darby continues to work on the drainage issue at the back entrance. The city is currently taking bids and will try and complete this project by the end of winter 2009. He also is working on getting the streets resurfaced. THANK YOU RON FOR ALL YOUR WORK WITH THE CITY.
We are in discussion about starting a nice entry at the back off 32nd street. We will be looking into guidelines and regulations.
On that note, Linda Meier had her boys cut back the trees and shrubs at that entrance for better visibility. THANKS
Present at the meeting: Bob Fancher, Linda Meier, Curtis Crossland, Ron Brown, and Rebecca Adams.
