Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm by John
Review and Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes
Ed made a motion to approve the previous meeting minutes, passed unanimously.
Valley Crest
Mike, Curtis and Josh attended the meeting. Josh made a presentation for clearing behind the view fences for an additional cost of $28,909.19 to bring the community up to speed then it would be maintained under the contract. Tabled until June.
The Estate entry improvement was discussed that was completed as a sample. There is a significant change but weeds have grown in. Additional lighting should be installed as to light or indirectly light the pillars on either side of each entry. Ed made a motion to approve the other entries to be completed with changing out some plants to be determined by the landscape committee. Ed rescinded his motion and the board tabled the issue to enable the landscape committee time to obtain a couple additional proposals.

Kevin’s Managers Report
1. Landscapers did all of SMD and D.D. again and are continuing to work deeper into the neighborhoods in Phase #1 now.
2. I reviewed the V.C. contact and emitters and plugs are part of the contract. I had V.C. resubmit an estimate for the irrigation repairs and I authorized the work to be completed.
3. I did contact and speak to the manager of the company that stages open house homes that sell furniture. I told him that it is private property. I also put it in writing to him.
Painting of Arroyo Vista #1 will be completed next week sometime depending on the weather. That will be the last neighborhood until Fall.
4. Obtained price to install photocells for pool parking lot lights and surrounding pool lights.
5. Repaired Superstition Neighborhood parts, locating stain.
6. Copies of Pinal County codes for each BOD.
7. Damaged transformer has been relocated to the other side of the trail.
8. Presented insurance coverage for review.
9. Electrical outages? SMP met with SRP.

Pat and John looked at the trees that had been brought to attention and they found only one that they felt needed to be replaced. Pat will e-mail Kevin the location to have it replaced.

Jeff presented a draft of a letter along with rules regarding real estate for sale signs to be mailed to all Gold Canyon real estate offices. Jeff will finish editing it and Kevin can draft an Action.
