Off to a Busy Year!

We have been quite busy already this year.
Melissa Mahoney has already filed for our United Way Grant for the Spring Planting Day.
Melissa Dyer has been to several land use meetings regarding the land to the South of our addition. (The woods). As it stands today, the woods will be developed by K.C.S. Properties. (If approved by the planning commission.) It will consist of approximately 108 homes on 62 acres w/ 8 1/2 acres of wetlands, 27 acres of lakes & open areas. It will have 7 acres for streets & 31 acres for lots. The lots & homes directly behind us will run approx. 300K+. The homes to the So. next to the St. Francis Soccer Fields will be primarily smaller lots for older residents & they will run approx. 200k+. We will know more in the months to come, and we will keep everyone updated. As it stands now, it seems to be a custom home addition, that will be good for the Sycamore Run home
values.
