On the field behind us. Pedcor Development tried to get the land re-zoned from light industrial to a classification for apartments. Myself and several other homeowners went to the land use meetings at the City Co. Bldg. We fought the development along with the Franklin Twshp. Civic League. As of March 7th, The petition was denied by the City County Planning Commission. That is great news for Sycamore Run. We would have had a low income apartment complex behind us!
