Welcome to Council Member O’Shaunesshy and related parties

Discuss Our Concerns:
1. Need traffic light installed at Hines/Tussing

2. Need Traffic Study as promised by Habash and Coleman.(Cost should be borne by developers)

3. Need 20 mph School Zone signs installed on Tussing.

4. Discuss increased property taxes and/or levies as new development overcrowds our already overcrowded elementary school; and as impacted by CHP project.

5. Need Tussing Road widened.

6. Want all new and future development stopped until infrastructure is in place.

7. Discuss our concerns with safety of children at CHP project, the fact that they must be bussed, as well as costs associated with bussing.

8. Discuss our concerns over police and fire capabilities of increased developments in our area.

Let her know that we are a voice that will be heard on these and any future re-zoning issues in our area.

Take them on a tour of the area.

Show the problem with the Hines/Tussing Apartments abutting up to the backyard of residents along Aplin Drive.

Let them know that we are planning a Voter Registration and a Petition Drive.

Let them know that we will object to any new rezonings in our area.
