One (1) Restriction Request submitted for swimming pool. Board unanimously rejected.
Fall/Winter 2006/2007
Assessments: In accordance with the By-Laws of Tanager Woods, the board will continue to do the following: Interest will be charged on past due accounts and all unpaid balances are subject to collection.
Bon Fire: Great Fun! Winning Pumpkin Carvers
were Miss Jenna Sralik and Miss Sutton Fansler!
Common Grounds Maintenance:
Ash Tree Challenge: All are at risk of dying within 5 years. Common areas are being inventoried & categorized.
SIGNS: Marquis Replaced and Welcome
Sign has updated electrical/lighting
Snow Removal: Three ?‘plows?’
Tree & Debris Clean Up: ?“As Needed?” Estimate considered for occasional clean up of branches after major storms. We still plan to rely on ?‘good neighbors?’ helping us keep this under control.
Spring 2007
Assessments: Invoices for 2007 - 2008 will
be mailed 1st week of July. The cost is $115 -
no increase at this time.
Collections: The Board approved an outside collection agency to assist in the recovery of
past due TWOA assessments.
Common Grounds Maintenance:
Front Sign: power washed, weeded, mulched
Lightening Damage: Catalpa safely removed
Mulch: Playgrounds (North & South)
Restriction Request: Board denied a
swimming pool request.
Spring Garage Sale: Successful
