-- HOA Dues: Dues will stay at $150.00 per home. You will get a bill from Tecumseh Ridge HOA in Feb 2008 due by March 1st. Currently all have paid but 3, avoid being turned over to a collection company and pay your bill on time. If you need more time contact the Board of Directors to work out a plan, thank you.

New Park/Common Area: Home Creations has put sod, a cement pad with a picnic table with some trees on Dolina. The builder still controls this area. We all need to address to any of his staff/model home rep we want more: sprinkler to keep it from being rutted out next summer, play equipment for tots, Gazebo, etc.

Sex Offender Info: It is not the position of the HOA to address this issue. Any concerned homeowner can go to the city web site ( www.ci.norman.ok.us ), click on Departments, click on Police, click on Sex Offenders to research this issue.

Speeding: Please slow down when on any neighborhood street. Parents of teenagers, remind them, thanks.
