Meeting MONDAY AUGUST 15th @7:00pm

Hello Neighbors,

I am writing this email to invite everybody to the next meeting on Monday August 15th.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the priority of the projects that we have agreed to take on, as well as form committees for these projects. It is very important that you attend, we need all of the help and talent that our community has to offer. Please remember quorums are formed by attending persons only.

Committees:

1. Light

2. Sidewalk

3. Sign

4. Safety

These committees will be responsible for working with outside organizations such as The City of Garland, Garland Power and Light, and Garland Police Department as well as keeping the board informed until completion of the projects.

Meeting Time:  7:00pm

Place: The Trails Rec. Club 725 Trails Parkway
