Lawn Mowng:  Pin Oak.  Mowing is typically scheduled for Tuesdays.

Snow Removal & Road Salting:  Snook Construction

• Plowing begins when 3.0” of snow has accumulated on over 50% of the asphalt surfaces.  
• If you have a concern or question regarding these services please call Crofton Associates at 248-3840.  We ask that you do no interrupt the contractor's crew.

• Scheduled pickup is Monday of each week.  If Monday is a holiday, pickup will be on Tuesday.  Trash is to be put out any time after 6 PM the night before pickup.
• Trash must be placed in containers with lids or tied securely in plastic bags at the end of the homeowners' driveway.
• Recycle bins should be loaded with light paper materials on the bottom and heavier items on top, to prevent debris from blowing around the property.
• Empty containers are to be removed from driveways within the same day of pickup.
