9-11 Let Us Not Forget

September 11,2001 placed the world in a stunned mode, we cried, we were angry and we were determined. Patriotism was heralded but more than anything many American's dug in. Communities strengthened their block watches, increased their alliances with neighbors and sought to link neighbor, neighbors, and neighborhoods. Thunderbird Acres saw an increase in neighbors assisting each other. The times we live in have made it apparent that we must take care of our communities.

Therefore, let us continue to honor those who were sacrificed on September 11 as well as those who are serving in the armed services throughout this conflict. And let us also continue to hold up our end by protecting and watching out for each other. Let us not forget.
