Pursuant to Article III, Section 4.6 of the Tone Estates
Homeowners Association, a regular meeting of the Board
of Directors was called to order.
1901: Open Discussion.
* The following concerns were reviewed.
Dying or unattractive trees should be removed and landscaping
needs improvement.
The canal area requires cleaning of debris and plant growth.
Request that the landscaper sweep the sidewalks to prevent
children from falling while riding scooter, skateboards, etc.
1941: Review of March 12, 2001 Minutes.
There is one corrections noting that one additional board member
was absent from the March Meeting.
1943:
February 1-28, 2001 Financial Report reviewed.
March 1-31, 2001 Financial Report reviewed.
There being no other corrections or additions, the Financial
Report will be filed for audit.
1950: Review of March 2001 Management Report.
1957: March 2001 Architectural/Landscape Report.
Presented initial review of Tone Estates
Architectural/Landscape Guidelines.
Final review to be presented during next meeting.
2004: Social Committee Report.
* Information was presented for the next newsletter.

May 5th will be the date for Community Block Party. The
Committee is finalizing final preparation.
* May 5th will be the date for the Community Garage Sale.

outlined in Social Committee Report.

adjourn the Board of Directors Meeting. Motion carries.
