September 2001 Meeting Minutes

Quorum: Five boardmembers and a represenative from City Property
Management

Absent: None

1900: Pursuant to Article III, Section 4.6 of the Tone Estates
Homeowners Association, a regular meeting of the
Board of Directors was called to order.

1906: Open Discussion
The following concerns were reviewed.

Discuss strangling of trees and overall service of landscaping.
Request that landscaper be present at HOA meeting.

Motion made that representative of landscaper attend
HOA meeting until further notice.  Motion carries.

1915: Review of July 16, 2001 Minutes.

The minutes are approved with the following correction:
Addition of Architectural Request.  The architectural
request details approved and pending items.

Review of August 13, 2001 Organizational Meeting Minutes.
The Organizational Meeting Minutes are approved with
the following correction: Update director representatives.

1920: Review of August 1-31, 2001 Financial Reports.

The financial report will be filed for audit incorporating
a few discussed items.

**Contact property manager for a copy of financials.**

1953: Review of the September 21, 2001 Management Report.

Request Management Company who is the owner between
the street and the small canal.

RV and Trailer Parking discussion added to new business.

2014: No Architectural/Landscape Report or Social
Committee Report

2015: New Business

Review Architectural Request for possible violations.
Motion made for Management Company to send homeowner
original architectural request defining approved and pending
items and letter for clarification of possible violations.
Motion carries.

Motion made to request Management Company to provide
City of Gilbert policy of RV and trailer parking on streets
and driveways.  Motion carries.

Motion made to request bids from other Management
Companies. Motion carries.

Motion made to request Management Company to determine
proper location of trash and recycle containers on street.
Motion carries.

Board to review Tone Estates guidelines for approval.

Board to review 2002 Budget.

Board member presented the next addition of the Tone
Estates Community Newsletter.

2110: Adjournment.
There being no other business, a motion was made to
adjourn the Board of Directors Meeting. Motion
carries.
