New Property Management Company

The Board of Directors of Tone Estates has hired Tillett Property Management, Inc. for full management services, effective December 15, 2001. You should mail your quarterly payments to Tillett Property Management, 222 S. Power Road, Suite 205, Mesa, AZ 85206. Checks should be made payable to Tone Estates. Payment will remain $84.00 quarterly and are due and payable on the first of each quarter.

Call 480-985-3772 with any questions, complaints or suggestions. Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday - Friday. After hours, you can leave a message and your call will be returned on the next business day.

Prior to doing any alterations to the outside of your unit, please complete an Architectural Request Form and outline the work that you would like to do, mail it to the address above and we will submit your request to the Board of Directors for approval.

Please note the field representative will be making inspections at least once a week to inspect for CC&R violations, but please do not hesitate to call if you see something that needs attention.
