Update on Old Louisville Spring Fest 2012 - Dan reported that the committee and plans are going well. Efforts are moving forward to submit the requests for the necessary permits to hold the festival, close streets, etc. The plan to close the 1200 and 1300 blocks of First Street as well as one block east and west on Ormsby. Dan proposed a vote to reconfirm TTNA's support of the festival as planned. Additionally, to submit the TTNA active member roster as a part of the permit process. Scot Dawson seconded. All in favor. The target date is May 19, 2012 and we'll have music, looking at truck vendors, antique equities, and each OL association will have a booth. Discussed that TTNA will be able to make some money off of this festival, however, some of the proceeds will also go back to OLNC. Should be a good time for all.
