What to do if your Jaccuzzi does not work?

Converting your Jaccuzzi room to an office/extra bedroom/gym etc

according to most real estate proffessionals jaccuzzis add little or no value to your property. However, an office/gym/playroom/extra bedroom will enhance the value today especially when housing is so expensive. I don't believe a permit for conversion is required if the shower remains since our units are recorded as 2 BD and 3 baths.
