IMPORTANT BULLETIN

Hello Town & Country Residents,
Very soon I am resigning as President of Town & Country. Be it known
that CNT Enterprises has faithfully turned over all documents,
keys, bills, resident lists, floppy disks and other Town and Country Village business records on September 30, 2000, after CNT?’s contract expired. I will turn over all the above upon my resignation to Frank Black who will have a complete inventory that he will sign for so it cannot be said later that he never received or never got what he needed to carry out all of Town and Country?’s business.
The last check written was for petty cash they had left over which is
also in my possession. Frank Black will sign for all received documents, etc. or I will not turn them over to him. I am protecting this community in every way possible as nothing has been done illegal in any way, all correspondence is up to date, financials are in order, and things labeled so he'll know what is there and what needs to be done which I will show and relay. CNT is sick at heart at having to do this as I am but we felt we had no choice as we could not continue to work with Frank Black upon his refusal to work with us.
