The only way that homeowners in an Association can control what their Association is doing is to get involved. Power within an Association lies with the homeowners, but only if they get involved.

Log on to your website and communicate with other homeowners. Attend the annual meeting and be sure that good qualified people are elected to the Board of Directors.

The level of homeowner control is a direct result of the efforts the homeowners put in to being involved.

Get involved and make a difference.
