Board of Directors set new policy:

After much thought and consideration the Board of Directors has decided to implement the following policy:
?“Any homeowner who is in violation of the same covenant more than three times will be assessed $25 each week the violation occurs?”.
It is not the intent of the Association to create hardship for any of our residents, but rather our desire to maintain the appearance and property values in our neighborhood.
This policy becomes effective immediately.
