DUES, DUES, DUES...
Only 107 of the over 300 homes in our community have contributed their dues for 2003. For those that have paid, thank you!! For those that have not yet, please realize that your dues help to maintain and improve our community. Our homes are one of our biggest assets.

Here is what your dues go towards:
- Maintaining the common grounds, including planting and mowing
- Neighborhood directories
- Holiday luminaries
- Insuring the common areas

Future goals include:
- Tot lot ($4,000)
- New street signs ($2,500)
- Lighting the main entrance ($5,000-$7,000)

Please help us achieve these goals to maintain and improve our neighborhood by contributing your dues. Thank you.

KEEPING IT UP?…
It has come to the Board?’s attention that many are not aware that our community has had a set of bylaws and covenants since its initial development.

The Architectural/Covenants Committee will be initiating an awareness program to turn our attention to the maintenance obligations we all share as neighbors. The program is called ?“Keeping It Up?” and offers friendly reminders of ways we can keep Turf Valley looking great.

Watch for more information.

EASTER EGG HUNT!!!
Please join Jennifer Broaddus at 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 19 at David Force Park for the Annual Easter Egg Hunt.

Jennifer will collect your eggs filled with candy and hide them for the hunt.

The Easter Bunny will be in attendance!!
