Dead trees under warranty

Here is the list of dead trees so far.

4167 Tyler's Estate 1
7510 Tyler's Valley 1
7550 Tyler's Valley 2
4353 Brighton 1
7726 Tyler's Meadow 1

There are other ones that aren't looking too good, but we have until November before the warranty. The Landscape Committee will continue to check their status in the summer-fall.

Any replanting will not occur until this fall.

NOTE TO ALL HOMEOWNERS: Please check with Amity to confirm if your tree is under warranty. If your tree is not under warranty, you will be responsible for replacement.

This includes all trees which may be damaged by the ash borer which has appeared in Warren County.
