for UP to receive your strictly voluntary but much needed $15 "dues" for 2003. They help fund the Holiday Sing, July 4th Fest,
newsletters and fliers, the Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation (INC) and its Dollar Dictionary project (given to every 3rd grader in Denver Public Schools) and
other community work in UP. You may hand over your contributions to UPCC Treasurers June and Joe Morgan on Feb. 5 or mail to them at 2100 S. Monroe
