framework plan, in the works for nearly 3 years, was approved (with a few changes to be made) by the Denver Planning Board
on April 2. It goes on to City Council's TOP (Transit Oriented Planning) Committee for discussion and ultimately to Council for approval. This plan is
advisory, not regulatory, and includes a number of changes submitted by UP folks and Planning Board members. No developer has yet put together an
actual plan for this area (S. Colorado Blvd., E. Evans Ave., Colorado Center Drive) at the future light rail station site.
