Nearly 100 UP residents and business people attended the Feb. 5 UPCC General meeting to work on the Neighborhood Plan. We identified priorities
and determined which concerns can be addressed by UPCC committees and which to focus on in the larger Plan. Officially, the Plan will speak of all issues,
large and small, as well as the vision we have for UP's future, its legacy with the past, and suggested implementation tools to deal with our concerns.
A committee has been working with UP's City Planner Tom Best to put the Plan into the city's format for Small Area Plans. The March 19 meeting was
blizzarded out, postponed to April 8. A report will be given at the May 7, 2003 UPCC Spring meeting. If you want to work on any facet of the Plan, please
contact Rosemary Stoffel, 303-692-9197, Andi Malard, 303-765-0233, or Diana Helper, 303-733-4902.
