To celebrate Youth Art Month, University Park Elementary School's Room 101 has created an extraordinary art exhibit featuring several new bird species. These new species were created from the students' imagination and inspired by the Artwork of James Audubon and photos of many wildlife photographers. The students took a four part adventure in Art History, Fine Arts, Language Arts and The study of Birds to make the images come to life. Room 101 has illustrated the new species in a two dimensional format on paper using oil pastels and watercolor.
