II. Preliminary Project Review/Feasibility Review

a. 3815-3821 1st Avenue – Carolyn LaFrance – 20 minutes – Proposal for 24 to 25 condominium units, including 4 townhomes fronting on 1st Avenue, with preservation of existing Craftsman home.

b. University Place and Brant Rezone and Community Plan Amendment – Steve McKinley – 20 minutes – Applicant would like to discuss possible rezone and community plan amendment to allow multifamily development on approximately one acre site adjoining open space. Present zoning is R1-40000. Mission Hills

III. Policy/Program Review
