I. Call to Order and Introductions
II. Project Review – Recommendations for Advisory Review
a. Laurel Bay Map Waiver (Process 3) – Craig Huber/Chuei Young – 5 minutes - Map Waiver application to waive the requirements for a Tentative Map to create 150 condominium units on a 60,000 sq ft site at the 2400 block of 5th Avenue.
b. Dove Street Map Waiver (Process 3) – Steve Soares – 5 minutes – Map Waiver application to waive requirements for a tentative map at 3772-3776 Dove Street.
c. Kozner Residence – (Process 2) – Karl Stroda – 15 minutes – Neighborhood Development Permit to build approximately 850 foot addition, mostly at the rear of a craftsman home at 4482 Hortensia.
d. Patnow-Puzland Residence – Paul Johnson – 15 minutes – Project at 3910 Eagle Street.
e. Miller Residence – Ed Miller – 15 minutes – Permit to build a driveway plus retaining wall topped by five foot fence at a single-family residence located at 4224 Arista Street.
III. Project Workshop – 5:45 p.m.
a. Trilogy – 5th and Thorn Project – Mayfair Homes – Mehran Seberi – Initial design input on 25 unit condo project proposed to utilize facades of two existing commercial structures and a Craftsman home. This project will likely be a discretionary project once submitted to the City.
b. Bankers Hill Townhomes -- Avalon Development (Process 5) – Charles LePla – Advisory review on project to develop units on site at 1st Avenue and Maple. Applicant is requesting advisory review on project with changes to be presented at subcommittee. Applicant has requested a community plan amendment to redesignate approximately 0.46 acre site at the corner of 1st and Maple.
