Review of remodel proposals including front wall deviation.

b. Egyptian Theater Lofts (Capri) – Park and University -- Russ Haley - Citymark
Review of second submittal of project proposed for Park Theater site.

III. Project Review – Preliminary Review

a. Baransky Property—1770 West Washington – Jennifer Adams Brooks
Initial presentation on possible project just east of Yoshino Restaurant near India and Washington Streets.

b. Petrie Residence – 3520 Dove Court – John Petrie
Presentation on home remodel and potential lot subdivision.
