III. Consent Agenda Action Items
a. Albatross Map Waiver (Process 3) – Map Waiver application to waive the requirements for a Tentative Map and undergrounding of existing overhead utilities to convert 3 residential units to condominiums (one is existing, two under construction) on a 0.12 acre site at 4052 Albatross Street. Robert Ramsey.

a. Alley Closure – 4400 Block between Park and North Ave. – Dave Hamra
Request from community members for closure of narrow “T” alley at southern end of alley in the 4400 block in University Heights. 20 minutes
b. Hartman Residence – (Process 2) NDP for Environmentally Sensitive Lands to construct a pool and 8' retaining wall on a 8,100 sq ft site with an existing single family residence at 1840 Puterbaugh Street. Brian Longmore - 20 minutes
c. Park Promenade Environmental Impact Report Comments – Recommendations for action on EIR comments for Uptown Planners – 20 minutes
d. Canyon/Open Space Program Environmental Impact Report Comments – Recommendations from community members for comments to the draft EIR – 20 minutes
V. Sub-Committee Reports – 5 minutes
