Swimming Pool Rules

Soon the pool will be getting busy again with the summer heat coming on. Please help us to enforce the rules by following these friendly reminders.

1.Pool Key required for access to the pool area. Must produce upon request.
2. Pool Hours:
Children (17 and under) 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Adults only (18 and over) 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

3. No children under the age of 14 without ADULT supervision (18 or over)
4. The gates must remain locked at all times.
5. No pets, bikes, roller blades or skateboards.
6. No loud or abusive conduct.
7. No Glass
8. No Diving.
9. Residents are responsible and liable for their conduct and that of their guest.
