On 5/29/02, at 11:00 a.m., and again at 1:00 p.m., two thefts by trickery occurred.
In incident #1, Suspect 2 asked a 75-year old man for a ride to the airport. On the way they picked up Suspect 1. While on the way to the airport the Suspects convinced the man to exchange $2,500 for a fraudulent insurance policy. In incident #2, Suspect 1 told a 40-year old woman in the Smart n’ Final parking lot that she had $150,000 she wanted to give to charity. The woman gave the Suspect 1 a ride, picking up Suspect 2 on the way to the bank. Suspect 2 gave the woman $8000 to gain her trust. The woman withdrew $5,000 and gave it to Suspect 1 along with the $8000. Both suspects left the location with the money and failed to return.

S1: Female Black, Black hair, Brown eyes 5'5" to 5'7", 110/130 lbs, age 45/60;
Black Suit, Orange Shirt, Black Pants, Black Shoes,
Used the Name “Zinobee Neomi”.
S2-Male Black, Black haor, Brown eyes. 5'9" to 6'0" 170/200 lbs, age 45/50;
White/Blue Striped Shirt, Grey Pants, Brown Shoes, Tux,
Used the Name “Michael Williams”.
