The Villa Park Neighborhood Assn. has been planning for the future by working on goals that the association will work on.
Currently the Board of Villa Park has been meeting to develop these goals and have taken their ideas for feedback and additional goals from the VPNA members. Below is the list of goals currently being considered by the Association. Please give us your feedback on these goals and let us know if you can help us work on them. Contact Tom Trujillo at 303/573-6377 with your ideas.
As the famous Anthopologist Margaret Mead has stated from her observations of cultures. ?“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed citizens can change the world. Indeed its the only thing that ever has.?” With your help we can do it.

Proposed Villa Park Neighborhood Assn. Goals:
1. Identify, Cleanup and Beautify 12 blocks and organize one Neighborhood-Wide Cleanup by September 30, 2001.

2. Identify and Develop over the next three years, the Gateways and Open-Space areas that would beautify and promote Villa Park.

3. Strengthen the Villa Park Neighborhood Association by increasing membership and active participation by 25% by September 30, 2001.

4. Increase awareness and spend all Greater Denver Neighborhood Partnership funds on Projects that improve the Villa Park Neighborhood.

La Asociaci?³n de Vecinos de Villa Park (VPNA) ha estado planificando para el futuro, fij?¡ndose metas en que trabajaremos como asociaci?³n. Recientemente, la Junta Directiva de Villa Park se hareunido para desarrollar estas metas y como base ha tomado sus ideas y metas adicionales de los miembros de la asociaci?³n (VPNA). A continuaci?³n hay una lista de metas que han sido tomadas en consideraci?³n por la asociaci?³n. Por favor denos su opini?³n sobre estas metas y h?¡ganos saber si Ud. puede ayudarnos en ellas. Metas propuestas por la Asociaci?³n de Vecinos de Villa Park:
1. Identificar, limpiar y embellecer 12 cuadras y organizar una limpieza de todo el vecindario para antes del 30 de septiembre del a?±o 2001.

2. Identificar y desarrollar las v?­as y ?¡reas de
espacio abierto, que embellecer?¡n y mejorar?¡n Villa Park.

3. Fortalecer la Asociaci?³n de Vecinos de Villa Park, aumentando su membres?­a y participaci?³n activa en un 25%, para el 30 de septiembre del a?±o 2001.

4. Aumentar la concientizaci?³n y gastar todos los fondos de la "Sociedad de un Mejor Vecindario de Denver" en proyectos que mejoren el vecindario de Villa Park.
