HOME PRICES GO UP IN VILLA PARK..

According to the Fair Property Tax.com web site prices the number of houses sold in Villa Park is going up. From January 1, 1997 to December 31, 1997 61 houses were sold in Villa Park. By June of 1998 we had already reach 51 houses sold by mid-year.

Prices also went up slightly. The average house/parcel price was $82,068 in 1997 by 1998 the price average jumped up to $89,605.

This is good news for property owners. The value of property like everywhere in the city is up. To keep this trend going we must continue to improve the quality of property in Villa Park.
