Village Commons HOA

Board Meetings have changed to the second Thursday of each month and begin at 6:30 pm in the Clubhouse.  The first 15 minutes of the meeting are Homeowner Open Forum and the Board would like to invite everyone to come and share their concerns or suggestions.  As attendance at these meetings increases, we will increase the amount of time for this forum.

Please understand that once the meeting is called to order, the official Board Meeting begins and this is the time for the Board to conduct official business.  Homeowners are welcome to stay and observe but participation is not permitted during the meeting.

If you have an item or concern you feel needs to be addressed by the Board at the meeting, please contact your Community Association Manager at least one week prior to the meeting to be put on the agenda.  Board agenda's will be posted in the Resource Section of the site.  Thank you!
