Mr. Williams alledgedly assaulted Ms. Irene White at the Diary Mart at the corner of Valleyview and Hague. The alledged assault was witnessed by two other people including the clerk working at Dairy Mart. The Pre-trial was held on March 10, 2003 and the Trial has been set for May 12, 2003 at 1:30pm.
