During the court proceeding [Smith vs. Graves] it was learned Robert Graves intended to declare bankruptcy so the out come of the case meant little to him. Robert Graves failed to show for the hearing. If Robert Graves and mayor Raylene Graves declare personal bankruptcy and the fact they owe thousands in back property taxes causes you concern? Why are the Graves running the Village?’s finances? Maybe this is why the Village is almost bankrupt?
