Re: Crime in the Village of Valleyview
There is proof of everything sent to the above named people. The BIG excuse for not doing anything, "Valleyview is a small place and this goes on everywhere." These people have a responsibility to every person in Ohio, to enforce the law as it applies to everyone, not say, it is acceptable when done by public officials.
Everyone on the above list have documents of fraud in salaries for the mayors and Public Projects and Insurance claim. There is evidence of theft, police tampering and destroying records. They have audit reports and Management Letters of "creative and sloppy bookkeeping" of clerks in Valleyview, which includes "mssing" money, from Mayor's Court fines, until it was "found" in time to be deposited, when the audits were due.
The auditor stated, thousands of dollars have been mis-appropriated. The auditor's office stated to the Columbus Dispatch, "it is money due back." But, No one has investigated to find the money that is "due back." This money "due back" is $37,000 for Internal Revenue that started acummulating in 1998, $23,000 for Public Employee's Pension Fund, $13,000 for Ohio Police & Fire Pension Fund, numerous vendors for the Village and basic utilities.
They have information on the "Building/Electrical/Plumbing/Zoning Inspector for Valleyview, who scammed residents and probably Internal Revenue, because he insisted on cash or personal check. He made up his own "fees". The State of Ohio said this "friend of former mayor Michael Russolillo", was "none" of these things. I have an audio tape of the man saying he is and minutes of a Valleyview council meeting, stating he was doing Zoning inspections.
Village council members refused and are still refusing to obey the law, by not asking to prosecute, because they voted and condoned the "wishes" of the mayors. Current Village solicitor, Narcus Tsiliacos stated, "I hesitate to to do anything because former mayor Raylene Graves was on council when these things were voted on." The auditors said, "the Village has to request action." I am ONE person on council. I have been told by council, "What you say doesn't make any difference." The State agencies "agree", even though they have the records, but aren't responsible enough to the 600 people in Valleyview, to admit they should have done something years ago.
It is their choice to say I am a "trouble maker." Question: How can ONE person be right, and the Powers in Ohio be wrong? Answer: The ONE person has the documents to prove what she says. You choose not to do anything, because the Powers would NEVER admit they have been wrong!
When there is corruption in Local, and State Government, what chance does ONE person have? Just as Local Government can not supercede State Law, State Law CANNOT supercede Federal Law. There are Federal Laws against theft, embezzlement and fraud, when Local and State Governments refuse to listen and prosecute, when they know of these things.
The auditors have known of these things for years. With all the "creative and sloppy bookkeeping", it should have been referred to the Attorney General's Office years ago. They have the information from their own records. I have the records given to me by them.
How can Village mayors, councils, Local and State Agencies, swear to the U.S. Department of Justice, that she is ONE person complaining, when they have the proof in their own records, but haven't done anything?
They all have my name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Not one of them have contacted me, in the years have been "complaining."
Does the State of Ohio want to secede from the Union, so they can rule as a seperate colony, and pick and choose who gets punished for breaking "their" New Laws? As Valleyview, the State is having money problems. Maybe Ohio could charge a Toll for entering the State of Ohio. There are a lot of people who mistakenly migrated to Ohio but have relatives in West Virginia, Indiana and other States who "visit." Columbus airport is very busy each day. Maybe Local Governments, such as Valleyview, would be given more revenue, to replace the money that comes up "missing".
It is said, "You can't fight City Hall." But, I will continue to do it. I am not responsible for the bad reputation of Ohio or the Village of Valleyview. You are doing a very good job on your own. I never imagined, at my age, that I would be the only person who obeys my oath of office as an Honest Public Official.
The Federal Government has a responsibility to the people of the country when Local and State Officials, neglect their's. The Village of Valleyview, may be a "small" piece of America, Ohio, and Franklin County, but it has been my home for 36 years.
The media has been going along with State and Local Government in not reporting on the corruption in Valleyview and the lack of enforcement of State and Federal Laws. The Local and State offices, are the disgrace to all people, not me. I have been threatened, and libeled. I may be ONE person but I am LOUD! You think you have me over a barrel, because I can't afford a private attorney. Everyone in State Agencies, County and Township have met me, know me by name or know of me. That is why when I call, fax or e-mail, you will not respond. If you think I will go away, by you ignoring me, THINK AGAIN!
