Davis Sworn In As Councilwoman

Ms. Rozena Davis was sworn in by Mayor Tom Watkins at the January 5th Valleyview Village Council Meeting. Friend of the family Alizabeth Watkins held the Bible while Mayor Watkins administered the Oath of Office.
Ms. Davis received 158 votes in the November 2003 election. Ms. Davis' term runs from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2007.
