Councilman John Shaw was sworn in Monday January 5th at the Valleyview Village Council Meeting by Mayor Tom Watkins.
Mr. Shaw's wife, Angelia, held their family Bible as Mayor Watkins administered the Oath of Office. Mr. Shaw's three children and his father looked on as well.
Mr. Shaw received 159 votes in the election held in November 2003. Mr. Shaw's term runs from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2007.
