'bike ride' at 7:30AM on non-school day (scoping out houses)

On the morning of 11/10 at approximately 7:30AM, an African-American youth male, approximately 15 - 16 was seen riding a silver and red bicycle (offroad type of bike with front shocks) down Wiltshire Lane. He was observed looking in peoples mailboxes and 'scoping out' who was home. He was wearing a black hooded jacket and a black back-bag of some sort. He rode down Wiltshire, turned around in the cul-de-sac and then came back down Wiltshire, crossed Oak Leigh and went into the Wexford Apartment complex.

Royal Blue shirts, blue bandanas, black pants

On the morning of 11/10 at approximately 7:40AM, two African-American males, approximately 19 - 22 were observed walking down Oak Leigh near the Wexford Apartments. They were wearing Royal Blue tshirts and black pants (dressed very similarly). They cut through the treeline along Oak Leigh to get to the Apartment building that is situated parallel to and closest to Oak Leigh. These are the same men who have been observed in other places in our neighborhood trying to intimidate homeowners and neighbors. They also match the description of a group of males who were involved in criminal activity in our neighborhood on Halloween night.
