There is a man who cuts the lawn who takes six hours of going over and over the same spots. It seems as if he is OUT OF his mind. I am aware of how large the area is. However, there is a large lake making the land much smaller to deal with. It should take less time. In the process, he disturbs people with the loud gadgets, riding mower, etc. I know that on Mondays, one side of the lake is cut and on Wednesday, the other side is cut. However, he mainly cuts the lawn every Wednesday. So, there should not be all this going back and forth to the same spots. On one occasion, he was witnessed from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. standing in one spot by an occupant’s place with the gadget full blast. He was going around in circles in that area! I know that the grass has to be either vacuumed up or blown back into the field which may take up some time.
He has it where he arrives at 7:22 A.M in the morning. I think that is too early. Some people work later in the day and need their rest. The sound of the devices is disturbing for that length of time in the same place over and over. A tiny relief is when he goes to lunch for about 30 – 45 minutes.
Why is it that when that man is finished with an area he has to return to that area and linger?
