After several meetings with Bush Development and many phone calls, the Board has agreed to support the final plans of an upscale self storage building and small office building on the triangle. Bush Development was very willing to make all the changes we requested as far as materials to be used, locations of exit and entrances, lighting and more. There will be 24 hour employees on the grounds, with a very good security system. If all continues according to schedule, building will begin in January 2006 and be completed by November 2006. As many of you know, we have fought over plans for this site for many. many years. It is nice to get an upscale development for here, as well as a company who is reliable and trustworthy.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Board.
