Parents Responsibility - What Does It Really Mean?

It has been observed that a large number of children going to school on the common areas tend to try to agitate people's pets by making barking noises, etc. It causes some problems with people who are being accused by their neighbors of having noisy dogs.
Parents should realize that they are responsible for their children's actions on the way to and from school, even though the parents are not physically present. If the children are instructed properly, the malicious damage and agitation would not be so prevalent.
Some of the children riding their bicycles to school on the common walkways are riding up into the gravel, spraying it all over the sidewalks, leaving ruts in th dirt areas, etc. This should be stopped, as it adds to the expense of the landscaping.
Parents, take the time to help the rest of us, by teaching your children how to respect the properties of others, and your own.
