To all homeowners who have cleaned up outstanding violations. The number of violations are way down. Just a few reminders about the most common violations. Let's keep our neighborhood beautiful and home values up.

Remember to wheel trash containers behind your fence or into your garage after collection. If you're going to be out of town, ask a neighbor for help.

Pull weeds on a regular basis before they get unruly.

Don't leave vehicles parked on the street. The street is not a parking lot. According to city ordinance, commercial vehicles are not allowed to be parked on public streets. Please consider the safety factor. This is a family neighborhood and children running into the street are harder to see if vehicles are left on the street. Large commercial vehicles left parked near corners make it difficult to see oncoming traffic. BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR.
