The Denver City Council recently approved a significant change to the Zoning Ordinance. The revision, entitled ?¬Mixed-Use Zone Districts L-1048, is intended to give developers greater flexibility in combining residential and business uses. Such developments are occurring at the former Stapleton Airport, the former Lowry Air Force Base, Gateway, the Platte Valley, and Cherry Creek.
