Also featured at the Sept. 16 meeting: DIDS Chief Operating Officer Craig Cook discussed the proposed expansion of the All-City Sports Complex, adjacent to South High School. Cook emphasized the preliminary nature of DPS's plans; neighbors expressed concern about the potential effects on local noise and traffic.
