Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation (INC) News: INC has named Ann Morgan and Lynn Pressnall (both WPENA Officers) and Kent Olson (Cory-Merrill) to the new "long house committee" being chaired by Carolyn Etter. This is the group that will look at the rest of the Land Use and Transportation "quick wins". Congratulations and thanks for representing us! INC and the Office of Neighborhood Response will sponsor a Neighborhood Conference on February 16 at the Convention Center from 8am until noon. This is a training session for neighborhood leaders and your WPENA Board will be represented.
