The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm. Yvonne stated the May meeting was canceled so we could attend the 27th Avenue Corridor Redevelopment meeting in Franklin Park. Julia Porter gave a brief summary of the 27th Avenue Corridor Redevelopment meeting. The June meeting was cancelled due to death of family members. Yvonne stated that the Amendment to the Neighborhood Enhancement and Preservation Plan was approved. Julia attended the Commissioners Meeting on June 22, 2004 and there were no questions on the Amendment. The Amendment changed the hours that construction can be done. There will be no construction on Sundays. Food vending vehicles and noise nuisance can now be given a violation. Yvonne read the minutes from the March 18, 2004 call meeting. She said we now have space in the Mills Center for the NEP Council with a desk, phone, computer, copier and a digital camera. She read April 9, 2004 minutes. Julia made a motion to approve the minutes. We voted and it was unanimous to accept the minutes. Meeting was closed at 8PM.
